			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As a personal trainer, one of my many roles is motivator. Sometimes, in an effort to motivate, I spit out a soundbite like, &#8216;it&#8217;s all you&#8217;, &#8216;you can do anything&#8217; and countless others.</p>
<p>This morning at Bootcamp, one of my regulars had just finished a cardio interval with a super jump rope and looked beat.  I decided to fire him up and said, </p>
<p>&#8216;ready to go to the next level?&#8217; </p>
<p>to which he replied, </p>
<p>&#8216;no, I am still getting used to this one.&#8217; </p>
<p>Hmmmm, what do you say to that?</p>
<p>Over the course of your life in the gym, you will indeed achieve better levels of fitness. But today was a reminder that sometimes we need to get used to the level of fitness that we are at.  </p>
<p>This guy was happy to be working at the level of conditioning he was currently at. It was still challenging to him, and he was content to be working hard and had found a level of intensity that was right for him today.</p>
<p>This moment served as a reminder that we are all at different levels, mindsets, and stages in life.  I&#8217;m proud of him for owning it, being honest, and making his workout work for him.</p>
