Program Design – Strength/Cardio Program

$99 -one hour session – Jimi will design a 6-week training program that is specific to your unique needs, goals, and available exercise equipment in your home or gym. You will meet with Jimi to review program and check exercise form.

Personal Training (1-on-1) – Regular sessions, (no package or commitment)

$61 per 60 minutes

$38 per 30 minutes

Personal Training -(Group Training)

60 minute sessions:

$38 per person with 2 participants

$30 per person for 3

$25 per person for 4

30 minute sessions:

$24 per person with 2 participants

MetaCardio: metabolic interval training

Based on the book, this is the system used by NBC’s ‘The Biggest Loser’ finalist Mike Morelli to prepare for the Finale Stage in May 2009.

MetaCardio classes are rapid fire, metabolism-raising sessions that combine both cardio (treadmill) and weights (medicine ball & dumbbells) in one time efficient, 30 minute workout!

Designed for groups of between 2 – 6 participants.
