Program Design – Strength/Cardio Program
$99 -one hour session – Jimi will design a 6-week training program that is specific to your unique needs, goals, and available exercise equipment in your home or gym. You will meet with Jimi to review program and check exercise form.
Personal Training (1-on-1) – Regular sessions, (no package or commitment)
$63 per 60 minutes
$40 per 30 minutes
Personal Training -(Group Training)
60 minute sessions:
$40 per person with 2 participants
$31 per person for 3
$26 per person for 4
30 minute sessions:
$25 per person with 2 participants

Jimi’s Extreme Metabolic Bootcamps!
A cross-training workout that focuses on building a more ‘durable’ you!
We cover: mobility, stability, strength, and cardio in one fast-paced 45 minute workout.
Class is appropriate for all fitness levels as their are modifications and progressions for every exercise. This class is positive and encouraging. No drill instructors yelling anything but motivational comments.
Come experience fitness like you NEVER imagined possible!
Class equipment includes:
Sandbags, Landmines, Dueling Ropes, Medicine Balls, Superbands, Sliders, Dumbbells & much more! We are unlimited as our camps take place in a HUGE gymnastics studio!

MetaCardio: metabolic interval training
Based on the book, this is the system used by NBC’s ‘The Biggest Loser’ finalist Mike Morelli to prepare for the Finale Stage in May 2009 as well as MTV’s ‘I Used To Be Fat’ stars of the 2011 hit show.
MetaCardio classes are rapid fire, metabolism-raising sessions that combine both cardio (treadmill) and weights (medicine ball & dumbbells) in one time efficient, 30 minute workout!
Designed for groups of between 2 – 6 participants.
