Rainy Day Bootcamp!
Today was a rainy day, even though the weather should have kept people away, it ended up that so many people came out to the boot camp. We had a near full house and it was an awesome workout for those who attended. So for those of you who are always looking for motivation, remember, there is power in numbers. Sure, you can get a great workout on your own and in the comfort of your own home, however, there is a power in having many share in the training experience.
